Ingredients
 
 

  • 60 g Sorghum flour
  • 60 g white fine rice flour
  • 180 g potato starch
  • 50 g chickpea flour
  • 10 g Psyllium powder

Instructions
 

  • Measure the ingredients carefully and combine them in a bowl.

  • Mix very well using a whisk. If you have a stand mixer, mix for 5 minutes using the paddle attachment.
