No Gum, No Tapioca Gluten Free Flour Blend

It's a gluten free flour blend recipe without tapioca starch or flour and xanthan or guar gums.
Note: Use the unit converter if needed. This recipe is measured by weight (metric) for accuracy.

Instructions
Measure the ingredients carefully and combine them in a bowl.
Mix very well using a whisk. If you have a stand mixer, mix for 5 minutes using the paddle attachment.
Store leftover or spare flour blend in a labeled container.
