As a pastry chef who loves to bake and eat good food, making gluten-free and dairy-free bakery products that taste good and has a textures similar to the “conventional ones” takes a lot of work.
But with the help of new ingredients and years of experimentation, I have developed high-quality, allergen-free bread and cake recipes that I’ll happily share with you here.

2017
Experimentation and adaptation towards gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan pastries have started. It wasn’t easy!
2016
I removed dairy and wheat from my diet due to sensitivity issues caused by lactose and gluten.
Last but not least…
By profession, I’m a pastry chef and consultant for special diet cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. I have been working in the industry for the last 15 years.
Currently based in Helsinki, I’ve also done consulting work in Paris, Barcelona, and other European cities.
